The MauriceFlex system, from Bio-Techne, is a capillary electrophoresis instrument capable of charge variant fractionation with imaged-capillary isoelectric focusing (icIEF). It also has standard icIEF and CE-SDS capabilities, as a regular Maurice instrument.

This solution is used for various applications, including:

• Identification of charge variants by intact LC-MS analysis 
• Identification and localisation of modifications by peptide mapping (deamidation, glycation, sialylation) 
• Potency assays of the different charge variants
