Multi-Attribute Monitoring at Peptide or Subunit Levels
During this webinar, organised by Waters, Arnaud Delobel presents a method to demonstrate the effective implementation of Multiple Attribute Monitoring (MAM) in a regulated environment. The discussion begins with an interlaboratory study, highlighting the applicability of MAM at the peptide level using the BioAccord system paired with waters_connect software. Following this, he shifts the focus to illustrate that working at the subunit level can be a valuable alternative to the traditional peptide mapping approach. Leveraging the automated data processing capabilities within waters_connect software, he demonstrates how this alternative method not only maintains the integrity and quality of data but also streamlines the MAM workflow.
Topics addressed during this webinar are:
-
Principle of Multi-attribute monitoring
-
MAM at peptide level: interlaboratory study using the BioAccord system
-
MAM at subunit level
-
Automated MAM at subunit level using 2D-LC/MS
