The Gyrolab xPlore is an automated immunoassay solution that provides increased data quality and reduced hands-on time.

This solution is used for various applications, including:

• Determination of viral vector capsids concentration

• Quantification of impurities (residual proteins from CHO, E.coli or HEK, endonuclease or protein A detection)

• PK/TK analysis

• Affinity and potency determination based on antibody-target interaction

• Immunogenicity: detection of ADA (Anti-Drug Antibodies)

• Quantification of cytokines, chemokines or biomarkers.
